Designing at the intersection of enterprise complexity and human clarity

7+ years building enterprise IoT dashboards, global B2B platforms, and consumer experiences at scale — most recently at Honeywell and within the P&G ecosystem. Architect-trained, metrics-driven, and deeply cross-functional.

40% increase in user engagement · 15% cross-sell lift
"Great enterprise design isn't about making complex things pretty — it's about making consequential decisions feel obvious."

My background in architecture taught me that the best designs are invisible — they shape behaviour without drawing attention to themselves. A building that guides people intuitively through a space. A dashboard that surfaces the right alarm before anyone thought to look.

I approach every product problem as a systems challenge first. Before pixels, there are stakeholders, constraints, and competing user needs. I invest heavily in the research and synthesis phase — not because it's process for process's sake, but because it's the only way to make decisions that hold up six months after launch.

At Honeywell, I worked across energy management, AI-guided commissioning, and building automation — domains where a poor design decision isn't just frustrating, it's costly. That context sharpened my instinct for where clarity creates the most value.

Years in design

I started as an architect — spending two years thinking about how people move through physical space, how structure creates behaviour, and how every decision compounds. That lens didn't leave when I moved into product design.

Today I work at the intersection of enterprise complexity and human clarity. My speciality is designing systems that feel simple to the person using them, even when the underlying reality is anything but — IoT dashboards monitoring thousands of hotel rooms, global education platforms serving multiple user types, AI-guided workflows that reduce technical expertise required.

I'm comfortable leading design end-to-end: from research and IA through to shipped product, working alongside PMs, engineers, offering managers, and executive stakeholders.

Freelance Architect
Independent
Residential and commercial architecture projects — where I developed the foundational instincts around spatial thinking, user-centred constraints, and designing systems that have to work in the real world, not just on paper.
